We Appreciate Special Education Teachers And Professionals

I was working at a marriage conference this weekend and a kind girl and her husband came up and asked me if I was “Noah’s Dad.” I said I sure am! She went on to tell me that she was a teacher that works with children with special needs, many of whom were born with Down syndrome, and was a huge Noah fan!

Noah wasn’t with me  but I told her that I’d have my wife bring him up for lunch on the following day so Noah could say hello (he loves meeting new people!)

I loved hearing her heart for working with children like my son! We’ve been blessed by how God has put so many awesome people in Noah’s life as he grows and develops, and we hope He continues to put awesome educators like Summer (the girl in this picture) in his life!

To all of the educators, therapists, doctors, and other professionals who are dedicated to helping children like my son grow and develop, thank you! You are very much appreciated  Please keep doing what you are doing. You are making a difference.

I used to work with very special beautiful children but am retired now and miss the joy of working with them I was told in my training not to approach families outside of work known or unknown to me I’m afraid I did anyhow and families never mind at all They often are not surprised that I worked in that field and they are happy that someone cares enough to speak I love seeing what Noah and Jaxten get up to They and you make my heart sing!!! God bless you and all who have these wonderful children in their care Love from the UK X
