Noah And Dad Have Some Friday Night Fun

My wife is an emergency room pediatrician and every once in while has to work until midnight – YUCK!

Tonight was one of those nights, which meant Noah and I all would be home alone, (and by ourselves) on a Friday night!  WOOT!  Now don’t get me wrong, we miss her like crazy when she has to work late, but tonight Noah and I decided to to have a little a lot of fun!

I’ve got to say that there is nothing I enjoy more then hanging out at home with my wife, and son.  In fact, my wife and I have spent many a “vacation” simply hanging out at home.  Pajamas, hanging out on the couch all day, watching movies, playing with our son…now that’s what I call relaxation!

Unfortunately, our vacation isn’t until next month.  However, it’s all good….. because tonights play date was just as fun!

This kid love to play!

This little kid likes to play—-hard!  You may think you have an idea of what Noah is like from these daily one minute video clips, but unless you’ve seen him in real life, you have no idea!  He is like the energizer bunny.  He keeps going…..and going…and going…..!  I love it!

We literally have to put him in his crib and walk away in order for him to go to sleep.  I seriously think this kid would stay up all night long and play if given the chance (I would to!)  I’ve quickly realized that this kid is dangerous for getting anything done, unless playing with him was what you were planning on “getting done!”

It’s so fun seeing his little personality exploding.  You can see in the video that his facial expressions, his mannerisms, his smile…..are all beyond-words-cute!  I seriously fall more in love this kid every day.

I couldn’t have ever imagined having a more perfect son!

You’ll also see that he handles that iPad coloring book like a champ!  And…if anyone out there is looking for a super cute baby to play the mini maracas in their mariachi band this summer, contact me.  We may be able to work something out!

Noah + Grover = B.F.F.E.

Hi, I'm Noah's Dad and I'm passionate about giving the world a window into our life as we raise our son who was born with Down syndrome. I also enjoy connecting with other families, so let's stay connected.

  • you have a special little guy on your hands there :) he's adorable ... and i love the maraca playing -- he's a natural!

    • It's all good! No judging here.

Windows movie maker does some good stuff.

But there is also adobe premier express, I believe its called. You could do some great stuff with that!

(and yah, you do gotta make the switch!) :)
