One of the best things about the stage of life we’re in right now as parents is watching out two boys play and interact with each other. In fact, few things make my heart smile more. Click play on the video below to see a quick video of what I get to see day in, day out.
Noah’s five years old now, Jaxten is almost two, and these two boys really are becoming best friends. Noah is really enjoying having a little brother, and Jaxten is loving have a big one. One fun thing about their relationship is watching them teach each other new things. For instance in the video you can see Noah jumping off his hat, and Jaxten then wanting to do the same. I love that.
I love seeing the bond that is already forming between these two little guys. These guys love each other, and I love that.

As I see them grow up in age, my hope is that these two will continue to grow up in their relationship with each other as well, and as I watch them today, I’m sure it will. It will be fun to watch them grow up together. To play together. To be there for one another. To love one another. It’s fun watching them be brothers.
I’m consider myself incredibly blessed to be a daddy to these two brother.

Don’t get me wrong. Not every moment of the day is hugs, and laughs, and smiles. In fact, shortly after I recorded the video in today’s post, Jaxten had to come sit next to his dad for a bit because he kept messing with Noah. Then before dinner tonight Noah had to come sit next to his dad for taking the iPad away from his little brother while he was watching a movie on it.
But at the end of the day they hug each other and tell each other they love the other. And I love that.

We have 4...all nearly grown now, but I remember the fun and also the refereeing of conflicts. My two oldest used to fight unceasingly in the car about her singing. He wanted it quiet - she couldn't help but sing. Now they are 24 and 27...and they sing together almost every Christmas Eve in our service in St. Louis. (Tried to post a video but couldn't.) She married his best friend in 7 months! He's now part of your Watermark family. :)
I hace a 5 year old dsughter sarah alessandra and a 1 year baby boy christian oswaldo with down syndrome and upto know they enjoy small moments together, and love to see when she caress him . from a town in mexico

Hi Noah & Noah's Dad! Yes! Sibling love is SPECIAL!! My daughter, Kira & her brother, Ray, both happen to have special needs, but the love she has for her little bro is Extra-special indeed!!! Having no siblings myself, I tend to observe in awe at the formation of the lasting bond they share through unique challenges and I also get to observe their triumph!

Boys will be boys! My son Walker is the only boy out of my three kidos and I defiantly can tell the difference. Hes like mister destruct_o_ mundo! But also very loving as well! Hes my little prince charming! Thanks for sharing your home life with us Noah's dad. It always makes me smile!
Brothers have a special bond. Here are my two boys-Damon on the left and Brian on the right. They are twins and will be three in May. 2 weeks ago we all had colds and found ourselves at the doctor. The doc put the tongue depressor down Damon's throat and Brian gagged. She asked if my husband and I thought that they felt each other. To an extent I think they do. This kind of thing happens all of the time with them. Brian is 2 minutes older than Damon. Brian has DS and Damon does not. They are very close. I am so lucky to be their Mom and watch them grow.
